About Fidel Garza

Fidel Garza is the Head Orchestra Director at Vernon Middle School World Languages Academy IB World School (Harlingen, TX), specializing in double and electric bass. A native of Harlingen, Texas, he holds a degree in Music Education from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. During his studies, he was an active bassist in the Symphony Orchestra, Jazz Bands, Wind Ensemble, Clarinet Choir, Bass Ensemble, and bassist for the First United Methodist Church in McAllen, TX.
